Beaune is one of the largest Côte de Beaune districts covering 430 ha and with no less than 42 sectors classified as “premier cru”.

- History: the word “grève” means a plot of sandy soil good for growing vines
- Orientation: East
- Domain surface area: 67 a 93 ca
- Slope: 5 to 15% at an altitude between 230 and 260m
- Date planted: 1976
- Vinestock: SO 4
- Graft: Pinot Noir, visual selection
- Soil: sandy at the foot of the slope and more stony, higher up
- Taste: robust and richly coloured with both finesse and elegance on the palate; the wine will age well  with characteristic “sauvage” tones
- Serving temperature: 15-16°C and it can be advisable to decant recent vintages to enhance the aroma.
